As a user, it is important that you are aware of these terms before continuing your navigation.

As responsible for this website, I am committed to process the information of my users and customers with full guarantees and to comply with the national and European requirements that regulate the collection and use of my users’ personal data.

This website strictly complies with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), and with Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, known as the Regulation of development of the LOPD. It also complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons (RGPD), as well as with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE or LSSI).

Obligations of users

The user is informed and accepts that access to this website does not imply, in any way, the beginning of a business relationship with Easyfish. In this way, the user undertakes to use the website, its services and contents without contravening current legislation, good faith and public order.

It is forbidden to use the website for illicit or harmful purposes, or that, in any way, may cause damage or impede the normal operation of the website. Regarding the contents of this website, it is prohibited:

• Its reproduction, distribution or modification, in whole or in part, unless authorized by me as the rightful owner
• Any infringement of the rights of the provider or of me as legitimate owner
• Its use for commercial or advertising purposes.

In using the Easyfish web site, the user undertakes not to engage in any conduct that could damage the image, interests and rights of Easyfish or of third parties or that could damage, render useless or overload the Easyfish portal, preventing in any way the normal use of the web site.

All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind that appear on the Web site are the property of Easyfish or of authorized third parties, and it may not be construed that use of or access to the Web site grants the User any rights over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

The contents are the intellectual property of Easyfish or of third parties, and cannot be understood to be assigned to the User, by virtue of the provisions of the privacy policy.

Responsibilities

Easyfish accepts no liability for damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that lead to the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the web page service during or prior to the provision of the same.

Easyfish is not responsible for the information and other content included in third-party sites or web pages accessible from the Easyfish portal by means of links or hyperlinks, nor for the information and other content included in third-party sites or web pages from which the portal is accessed by means of links or hyperlinks.

Easyfish also assumes no liability whatsoever for any damages, losses, claims or expenses arising from:

• (I) Interferences, interruptions, failures, omissions, telephone breakdowns, delays, blockages or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system caused by deficiencies, overloads and errors in the telecommunications lines and networks, or by any other cause beyond Easyfish’s control.
• (II) Illegitimate intrusions through the use of malicious programs of any kind and through any means of communication, such as computer viruses….
• (III) Improper or inappropriate use of Easyfish webpages.
• (IV) Security or navigation errors caused by a malfunction of the browser or by the use of non-updated versions of the same.

Applicable Law

This legal notice is governed in each and every one of its ends by Spanish law, and the New European Data Protection Regulation 679/2016.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to the Web site, the User and Easyfish SL expressly agree to submit themselves to the courts and tribunals of the city of Girona, waiving any other general or special jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.

In the present conditions, Law 34 /2002 of July 11, 2002 on Information Services and Electronic Mail shall also apply to them.
