Baking is a culinary technique that we deeply appreciate. Its versatility allows us to bring out the flavors, on this occasion, we will dive into a delicious Redfish recipe, take note of how to prepare it!

Ingredients:

  • Redfish fillets
  • ½ onion
  • 6 boiled potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp panca chili paste
  • chopped coriander
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. We begin by mixing in a bowl the chopped garlic, the aji panca bell pepper paste, pepper and salt, all to taste. Then, we cover the fish fillets completely with this preparation.
  2. Prepare a baking dish lined with aluminum foil. Place the chopped onion on the base, and spread the coriander leaves on top of it. On top of this base, place the fish fillets and sprinkle the remaining mixture of garlic and aji panca chili, as well as a generous drizzle of olive oil. Add the boiled potatoes to brown together with the fish.
  3. Preheat the oven to 250°C and place the tray with the fish. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Finally, check if the fish is well cooked and, if so, remove the tray from the oven. Serve our delicious baked fish with the golden potatoes or a salad, according to your taste. Enjoy!
